Precision engineered at our Canadian facility; our tonneau covers feature exception craftmanship, functionality & durability. The TRI-FOLD allows you to securely transport deck loads up to 2000lbs, protect valuables in the box, & folds away in seconds to allow access to your gooseneck or 5th wheel hitch points.
Built on a solid aluminum frame with reinforced stainless-steel gussets, custom HDPE decking, & tie-down anchor points: the Limitless Tri-Fold tonneau is undisputedly the most versatile cover on the market.
We’re putting all our energy into building sled decks right now due to high demand! Because of that, a few of our other products are temporarily out of stock until January.

Warranty
1 year finish warranty -
We use an acid etch and a powder coat process on all our products. These
finishes are exposed to some of the worst environments, especially road salt
and de-icing chemicals. To protect and preserve your LIMITLESS MANUFACTURING INC products, we recommend you wash them regularly
even in winter.
2 year parts replacement -
We will send out replacement parts for any manufacturer defects at no cost directly to you. The customer will pay shipping costs. We can assist you with instructions on how to install the part.
LIMITLESS MANUFACTURING INC will not pay for any third party technician. Any isolated defects have been simple bolt on components. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide written description of defects to the manufacturer within 30 days of discovering claimed defects. High resolution digital pictures may also be submitted by the purchaser in order to present evidence of defects. However, the submission of pictures may or may not exempt the purchaser from being required to return the actual product to LIMITLESS MANUFACTURING INC for inspection and warranty decision. If returned, the defective item must be accompanied by proof of purchase receipt and returned to the manufacturer. Purchaser is responsible for retaining all proof of purchase items.
LIMITLESS MANUFACTURING INC is not responsible for product defects,
damage or customer costs caused by improper use, neglect, abuse, improper
installation, accidents or other uses not described in the product literature.
LIMITLESS MANUFACTURING INC is not responsible or liable for personal property which is stored in or which interacts with LIMITLESS MANUFACTURING INC products. LIMITLESS MANUFACTURING INC will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from use or misuse of our products.
THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT DOES NOT COVER ANY ASSOCIATED COSTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: The limited warranty covers the cost of the product. The limited warranty does not cover installation, labor, freight, shipping, fuel, mileage, improper
installation, road hazards, rock chips, normal wear and tear, weather
conditions, abuse, misuse, damage from impact or collision, damage to other personal property, product fabrication, alteration, or modification in any form. Under no circumstances will LIMITLESS MANUFACTURING INC be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from use or misuse of our products.
The liability of LIMITLESS MANUFACTURING INC under this warranty is limited, at LIMITLESS MANUFACTURING INC's option, solely to repair or replacement with equivalent parts within a reasonable time.
This limited warranty is conditional upon:
1. LIMITLESS MANUFACTURING INC being notified by Purchaser of any
defects within 30 days after discovery of any defect.
2. The return of the defective product(s) to LIMITLESS MANUFACTURING INC at Purchaser's expense within the limited warranty period.
3. LIMITLESS MANUFACTURING
INC's examination of such product(s) and its satisfaction that such defects were not caused by negligence, misuse, improper maintenance, accident, or unauthorized repair or alteration.
4. SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS
LIMITLESS MFG products are packaged “Transport Ready” and available for pickup at our Kelowna facility. As we are not a transport company and do not have the capacity to provide in-house delivery options; at customers request we will arrange a quote from the commercial shipping broker directly to the customer, allowing customer to coordinate directly with the shipping to ensure direct point of contact for customs, brokerage, payment, tracking, and any damage claims.
*note - as shipping is organized between shipping agent and the
customer, LIMITLESS is not responsible for damages. As such, it is highly
recommended that customers carefully inspect all received products prior to
signing for shipment. If product is damaged in any way, please immediately contact your shipping agent and advise of the situation. Claims are managed directly between the customer and the shipping agent and all credits will go directly from shipping agent to customer.
5. Product Returns
Once the product has been paid for and has left the facility, it is considered a final sale. Customers wanting to return their new, unopened, and unused products must first make a request to LIMITLESS MFG in order to receive a return authorization number from. Authorization number is required for all returned shipments. Freight must be pre-paid by customer and products returned must arrive undamaged, in original packaging. will incur a minimum restocking fee of 20%.
And after having said all that, LIMITLESS MANUFACTURING INC wants to help you get back up and running! If you have damaged your product or smashed a part, we will sell it to you at cost, you pay shipping etc. Our aim is to have happy customers and great products for years! here

Fit & Compatibility
Will the Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover fit my truck?
Fitment is based on make, model, year, and box length. We currently build for Ford, GM/Chevrolet, and Dodge trucks. Full inventory can be found on our Tri-Fold Tonneau page
How much space does the cover take up when folded?
When fully folded, about two-thirds of the cover sits stacked at the front of the box.
Can I still use my fifth wheel hitch with the cover installed?
This completely depends on the truck and fifth wheel. At a minimum it has to be a long box truck.
What weight is the cover rated for?
The Limitless tri-fold tonneau cover allows you to securely transport deck loads up to 2000lbs.
Is the Tri-Fold Waterproof?
Our Tri-Fold Tonneau Covers feature a multi-panel design made with durable polyurethane, which helps prevent cracking and ensures long-lasting performance. Each seam is sealed to minimize water intrusion, with over 200 feet of weather protection—including 185+ feet of weather stripping and 24 feet of bed-rail gaskets. Because the panels and polyurethane naturally expand and contract, you may see very small amounts of water in certain conditions, which is normal for all hard-folding covers.
Colors & Customization
What color/inlay options are available?
Standard combos are gloss black with grey sheeting or gloss black with white sheeting. We've also produced a red inlay in limited runs. We do not offer a black-on-black inlay.
Can you paint-match my truck's color?
Custom paint matching isn't something we currently offer as standard — check with the team on availability for special-run requests.
Can I get a custom powder coat color?
Certain products, such as custom or clearance items, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to our return policy for details.
Stock, Ordering & Lead Times
When will covers be back in stock / when does the season start?
Production typically ramps up for spring/early summer, with pre-orders opening several weeks ahead of release. Once released, batches tend to sell out within 2–3 weeks due to demand — we keep a running waitlist and update customers as their box size/color becomes available.
Can I get on a waitlist or pre-order?
Yes — we track inquiries in order and reach out once your specific box size/color is in the build queue or back in stock.
Pricing & Payment
Do you offer dealer/trade pricing?
Yes, for approved dealers — pricing tiers are outlined in our Dealer Guide, available on request.
How can I pay?
E-transfer or credit card (by phone) for the balance after deposit.
Shipping & Pickup
Can I pick up the cover instead of having it shipped?
Yes — our facility is at 255 Neave Rd, Kelowna, BC. You can pick up or book an install at the shop.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is quoted based on your delivery address. Shipping to a business address with forklift access is generally cheaper than to a residential address.
Accessories & Compatibility
Can I add a headache rack?
Yes — both full-size and "shorty" headache racks are available and mount directly onto the tonneau.
