FULLY BILLET-ALUMINUM
Unlike stamped or welded racks, this headache rack is CNC-machined from a solid block of billet aluminum. Starting from billet allows for complete control over every dimension, resulting in tighter tolerances, cleaner edges, and a level of precision that simply isn’t possible with formed or welded designs. The billet construction delivers consistent strength throughout the entire piece, eliminates weak points found in multi-part assemblies, and creates a refined, high-end finish that looks as good as it performs. Built for those who value true craftsmanship, durability, and uncompromising quality.

Options & Sizing
What sizes/heights do the headache racks come in?
Racks are available in a few heights: 20" , 22" and 24". A full-size rack and a "shorty" (lower-profile) rack are both available.
What's the difference between the full-size and shorty headache rack?
The full-size rack offers maximum coverage/protection height; the shorty is a lower-profile option for those who want the functionality without as much visual bulk.
What color options are available?
Standard color combinations are gloss black sides/black top bar and grey sides/grey top bar (matching the tonneau/deck inlay options). Older "old style" racks are being phased out in favor of the newer style, though limited old-style stock is sometimes available.
Will the headache rack fit my truck without a Limitless tonneau or sled deck?
Yes — the mounting brackets work independently of whether you have a Limitless tonneau/deck installed.
Does the headache rack block my rear/backup camera or 3rd brake light?
They may be partially blocked depending on your specific truck model. We offer an Upgraded Top Headache Rack bar designed to if this is a concern for your setup
Installation
Do you provide installation instructions?
Yes — we can send a written PDF and/or a video walkthrough of the headache rack installation. If your kit doesn't include a printed copy, just ask and we'll send it over.
Can I install the headache rack myself, or do I need it professionally installed?
Most customers self-install using the provided instructions/video. If you're near our Kelowna, BC shop, we can also arrange for you to pick up and/or have us install it for you.
Stock, Ordering & Lead Times
When will covers be back in stock / when does the season start?

Can I get on a waitlist or pre-order?
Yes — we track inquiries in order and reach out once your specific box size/color is in the build queue or back in stock.
Pricing & Payment
Do you offer dealer/trade pricing?
Yes — dealer tiers apply the same as our other products, with better per-unit pricing at higher order volumes. Reach out for the current dealer pricing sheet.
Can I buy a headache rack as a standalone item, without a tonneau or deck?
Yes, headache racks are sold individually.

Can I pick up a headache rack directly from your Kelowna shop?
